Supports commercial performance through revenue growth management analysis, dashboards, modeling, and insights across pricing, pack, promotion, mix, trade investment, margins, and competitive performance. Partners with Sales, Finance, Marketing, Pricing, and Analytics teams to support planning, scenario analysis, governance, implementation tracking, and leadership decisions.

Manages customer orders and product flow from warehouses, plants, and suppliers to customers. The role handles order exceptions, expedites, product launches and discontinuations, customer communications, logistics updates, KPI monitoring, and process improvements. It partners with Sales, Finance, Supply Planning, Logistics, and Commercial teams to maintain service, cost, cash, and quality targets while supporting customer service training and operations.

Leads Canadian supply chain operations across customer operations, value-added packaging, demand and supply planning, inventory, keg operations, and beer distribution. Oversees a 40+ person team, Ontario keg warehousing and delivery, supply continuity, inventory exceeding $50 million, strategic planning, cross-functional improvement programs, and partnerships with logistics, manufacturing, finance, government, and trade organizations. Drives supply chain strategy, systems adoption, cost reduction, customer service, and organizational capability development.
