Description

The Company:

Push is an all-in-one platform that helps businesses grow and scale their companies by simplifying HR, payroll, time tracking, and scheduling. Our purpose is to help our customers free up their time by making people management ridiculously easy, so they can focus on their passion.

Our customer base includes some of the biggest brands, such as Earls Restaurant, Cactus Club, Crumbl Cookies and more.

The Team:

We’re a group of dog-loving and game-playing people who place a high priority on competence and efficiency, but an even higher stock in personable and positive individuals that mesh with our culture and are willing to grow with us. As part of our rapidly growing team you will play an important and unique role in working towards our mission to create the best people management system for our customers so they can spend more time doing what they love.

The Role:

We're looking for a Revenue Marketing Programs Manager to join our growing Revenue Marketing team! In this role, you will play a key part in owning the planning and execution engine behind how we generate pipeline, and you will be responsible for running pipeline generation programs end-to-end, coordinating campaign operations across channels, and driving alignment across Sales, Partnerships, and Marketing.

Location:

Recently the world has changed so we are changing with it. We’re embracing new ways of working and are constantly adapting our practices to ensure that wherever you are working from, you feel a part of the team and have everything you need to work comfortably. We are a remote-first company, Pushies can choose to work remotely or from our Downtown Vancouver office.

We are considering eligible candidates for this role from any location across Canada.

Responsibilities:

Program Planning & Execution

  • Own our webinar program end-to-end — from scheduling and registration through promotion, follow-up, and reporting
  • Lead speaker coordination, attendee management, and platform execution
  • Drive a consistent monthly webinar cadence (minimum 1 per month) and hold the program to that pace
  • Build and own our event calendar; every event goes to market with a clear brief, budget, and pipeline target
  • Manage all event logistics: venue, vendor, swag, shipping, attendee communications, and post-event follow-up. Some travel may be required.
  • Lead execution for trade shows, partner activations, and field marketing programs across our two brands
  • Own execution for co-webinars and co-marketing programs alongside our Partner Marketing Manager as needed
  • Report on program performance and bring insights back to the team — not just the numbers, but what they mean

Campaign Operations

  • Own the campaign calendar — every program, every asset deadline, every launch date, all in one place
  • Coordinate across design, content, paid, and lifecycle teams to make sure programs launch on time with the right assets
  • Build and maintain repeatable workflows that make the team faster over time — we use Asana and HubSpot and we want someone who builds systems, not just uses them

Sales Alignment

  • Run a regular feedback cadence with our SDR and AE teams — what messaging is resonating, what program leads are converting, what's coming up in conversations
  • Document what you learn and bring it back to the team so every program gets sharper than the last
  • Coordinate post-program lead handoff

What Success Looks Like:

In your first 12 months, you'll have:

  • A webinar program running at consistent cadence with measurable pipeline contribution
  • An event calendar that launched on time, on budget, with clear results per event
  • A campaign calendar the team trusts, deadlines hit, launches on time, no one chasing status updates
  • Execution capacity that has genuinely freed up the team's leadership to focus on strategy
  • Workflows and processes that are documented, repeatable, and improving over time

Why Push?

  • Ability to hold multiple programs in flight simultaneously without dropping details
  • Clear communicator who follows through reliably, when something goes sideways you flag it early and bring a solution

  • Experience in HubSpot, Asana, Demio, or similar tools, you build new workflows, not just follow existing ones
  • Actively uses AI tools to move faster and work smarter,  this team is building toward AI-enabled marketing and we want someone who's already there

  • Familiarity with partner marketing and co-marketing program execution
