Reporting to the Director of Global Revenue & Business Operations, you will play a critical role in strengthening our partner ecosystem by ensuring accurate pipeline and revenue attribution, timely partner commission payments, and reliable reporting that enables informed business decisions.

You will manage our partner technology platforms, including Impartner, PartnerStack, and Crossbeam, while collaborating closely with IT to ensure seamless integration with Salesforce.

Working cross-functionally with Channel, Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other key stakeholders, you will help build a scalable, efficient, and data-driven partner operations function that supports long-term revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Partner Systems & Integrations

  • Manage the administration, configuration, and ongoing optimization of partner relationship management (PRM) platforms, including Impartner and PartnerStack, and their integration with Salesforce.

  • Support the consolidation and optimization of partner and channel operations tools.

  • Ensure accurate, reliable, bidirectional data synchronization between PRM platforms, Salesforce, and other ecosystem tools.

  • Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and collaborate with IT to resolve them.

  • Leverage Crossbeam account-mapping data to identify customer and pipeline overlap, prioritize co-selling opportunities, and support partner recruitment.

  • Evaluate and implement technology, automation, and AI solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual processes.

Partner Program & Deal Operations

  • Support the development and administration of pipeline attribution frameworks that distinguish between Channel, Marketing, and Sales contributions.

  • Operationalize partner programs, tiers, benefits, and incentive structures, ensuring consistency across systems and processes.

  • Improve end-to-end deal registration processes, including approvals, channel conflict resolution, and rules of engagement between direct and partner sales teams.

  • Collaborate with Deal Desk, Finance, and Legal to support partner quoting, discounting, and agreement workflows.

Partner Commissions & Financial Operations

  • Oversee partner commission and payout processes, ensuring accurate calculations, adherence to established procedures, and timely payments.

  • Maintain transparent and auditable commission processes.

  • Partner with Finance to manage accruals, reconciliations, and financial controls related to partner fees, rebates, and referral payments.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Insights

  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports tracking partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline, bookings, win rates, deal velocity, and overall partner performance.

  • Establish and maintain consistent partner attribution models and reliable performance metrics.

  • Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to Channel and go-to-market leadership.

  • Support forecasting, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and partner performance evaluations.

Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Design, document, and continuously improve scalable processes throughout the partner lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, enablement, co-selling, and payouts.

  • Promote strong data governance and data quality standards across Salesforce and integrated systems.

  • Collaborate with the Revenue Enablement team to develop and maintain a centralized repository of partner operations documentation.

  • Train and support Sales, Channel, Partnerships, Marketing, Finance, and other relevant teams on systems, processes, and operational best practices.

Qualifications

  • 10+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Partner/Channel Operations within a B2B SaaS environment, including at least 3 years supporting partner or channel sales models.

  • Strong hands-on Salesforce experience, including objects, Flows, reporting, and dashboard development.

  • Experience administering partner relationship management platforms such as Impartner, PartnerStack, or similar solutions, including CRM integrations.

  • Strong understanding of SaaS revenue models and performance metrics, including ARR, NRR, pipeline coverage, and customer acquisition cost (CAC).

  • Knowledge of partner sales models, including referral, resale, and co-selling arrangements.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear business recommendations.

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.

  • Exceptional attention to detail, organizational skills, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Salesforce Administrator certification.

  • Experience with Crossbeam, Eloqua, PandaDoc, or comparable ecosystem management, marketing automation, and document management tools.

  • Familiarity with partner commission management or incentive compensation platforms.
