Drive pipeline growth for Accounts Receivable solutions through outbound and inbound prospecting. Qualify moderately complex leads, engage multiple stakeholders, book discovery calls and demos, maintain CRM accuracy, and meet activity and pipeline goals while collaborating with Sales and Marketing to refine outreach and messaging.

Partner with senior leaders across Digital Americas, Sales, and RevOps to lead workforce planning, organization design, performance management, leadership development, and HR transformation. Orchestrate Centers of Excellence and regional HR to deliver scalable people strategies, drive commercial enablement, and embed AI-enabled HR automation to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Lead and own cyber defence and incident response across hybrid environments. Manage SOC/MSSP, optimise detection tooling (SIEM, SOAR, EDR/XDR, NDR), run vulnerability and threat management, coordinate major incidents and post-incident reviews, conduct tabletop exercises and threat hunting, and report metrics and improvements to senior leadership.

Responsible for bilingual (French/English) accounts receivable collections: tracking outstanding invoices, contacting clients, reconciling accounts, negotiating payment arrangements, conducting daily collection calls, preparing reports, resolving billing issues, and supporting accounting or administrative duties to meet monthly collection targets.
