Summary ✏️

As a Retention Designer at Noticed, you'll work on numerous e-commerce brands, designing email campaigns and flows well also supporting any internal sales and marketing collateral. You want to learn and grow. You'll bring thoughtful, strategic ideas to our client's brands and want to work with talented people to create best-in-class email experiences.

What will I be doing? 👩‍💻👨‍💻

  • Act as an extension of the Noticed team and seamlessly embed within the existing creative team to solve significant design problems.
  • Design creative and effective email solutions that contribute to the execution of our efforts.
  • Work iteratively through every project phase, from initial designs to revisions, and see work through launch.
  • Create unique creative solutions including GIFs that bring motion into your designs.
  • Bring fresh and creative perspectives and strategic thinking to drive results and proactively solve problems.
  • Keep email best practices and usability in mind with everything you make.
Requirements
What do I need? 🤓
  • 3+ years of design experience, preferably in-house at DTC brands and/or agencies.
  • Knowledge of email design best practices, user-centered experience design, brand development, and the creative process.
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize, present, and articulate design rationale.
  • Ability to take feedback, iterate on designs and be agile in your workflow.
  • Skills in Figma, Photoshop, and modern design tools.
  • Ability to multi-task and solve challenges.
  • Experience creating high-quality work with attention to detail.
  • Passion for working in a highly iterative, collaborative environment where people share work and contribute with a positive attitude.
  • An enthusiastic, flexible, and curious mindset that appreciates design, creativity, and technology.
  • A portfolio showcasing your work.
