About you
As a Research Analyst supporting the Industrial team, you are a curious person with a keen eye for detail. You are constantly learning, trying to find the most efficient way to complete a process or make things simpler. You excel in managing multiple priorities, and enjoy providing strategic insights on the market and enhancing Toronto’s research capacities.
In this role, you will…

Prepare periodic research publications, market commentary, and other various materials including presentations, market reports, white papers

Monitor industry statistics and trends on current events to generate research content and thought leadership pieces.

Summarize and communicate analytic findings, insights and recommendations via executive-level summary documents, meetings and presentations.

Utilize database knowledge and data manipulation/query tools to manage existing Colliers platforms.

Assist with the review of quality control standards for the Research team and support the research and data collection function.

Actively participate and engage in meetings with the research and sales teams, building relationships within the industry.
What you’ll bring
-
Undergraduate degree required. Real Estate or Business post-secondary is an asset.

2+ years’ experience in a research role. Experience in commercial real estate preferred.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including networking and relationship building ability

Intermediate proficiency of the Microsoft 365 suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

Experience in BI, data visualization and GIS tools would be an asset.

Attention to detail and an ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
