What you'll own

  • Own the full sales journey, identifying client needs, delivering tailored solutions and converting opportunities into long-term customer partnerships that deliver measurable value.
  • Strengthen local market influence by developing strategic referral networks and partnerships that increase lead generation, accelerate customer acquisition and expand market reach.
  • Drive client success and retention by delivering a consultative sales experience that builds trust, increases satisfaction and creates lasting customer loyalty.
  • Execute growth-focused sales strategies that consistently achieve and exceed performance goals, contributing to team success and advancing business objectives.

What you'll bring
  • Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in a results-driven environment.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to earn trust, influence decisions and create meaningful business partnerships.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities, solve client challenges and position solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a high degree of self-motivation, resilience and accountability for results.
  • Solid understanding of sales funnel methodology and the ability to effectively manage opportunities from prospecting through close.

It's a bonus if you have
  • Experience selling payment technology, software-as-a-service (SaaS) or financial services solutions.
  • An established local business network with strong connections across your territory or market.
  • Experience using Salesforce or other customer relationship management (CRM) platforms to drive sales effectiveness and pipeline visibility.
