What will you be doing?
Initiate transportation assignments and follow up on all vehicle pick-up issues.
Provide transportation and licensing support across all Holman remarketing centers, including coordination, troubleshooting, and process support.
Serve as a shared resource across remarketing centers, assisting with transportation and licensing activities to ensure continuity of operations.
Coordinate and oversee outsourced services for detailing, de‑identification, reconditioning, and maintenance of vehicles.
Prepare accurate and timely vehicle condition reports and photographs using Holman-approved condition report writing software.
Assist the Remarketing Operations team in establishing floor prices and valuations for vehicles.
Coordinate bi‑weekly online sales by uploading and launching the Holman Dealer Direct sale.
Verify and approve high-bid results; coordinate buyer notifications and assist with client or client‑administration approvals when required.
Coordinate the collection of funds and ensure proper processing of payments (e.g., check scanners, floor plans, and internal finance workflows).
Work with the Remarketing Operations team to manage and resolve arbitration issues in accordance with the Holman Arbitration Process.
Serve as a point of contact for dealer relations within the assigned market area and support other markets as needed.
Coordinate the Holman Vehicle Storage Program, including cleanup, condition reporting, photography, and billing data submission to the Vehicle Remarketing Administrator.
Coordinate the end‑to‑end sales process (transportation through payment) for vehicles assigned to external sales disposal organizations (SDOs) within the market.
Assist with providing Fair Market Value (FMV) and Base Book Value (BBV) in a timely manner.
Work closely with the Remarketing Center Facilitator and local leadership to ensure remarketing center premises are clean, safe, and secure, providing support across centers as needed.
Coordinate redeployment and reassignment process with external vendors to facilitate used asset deliveries for client assets.
Assist with transferring vehicle ownership into the dealer’s name and handling license plate processing in accordance with regional requirements.
Travel to other Holman remarketing centers as required to provide coverage during planned and unplanned PTO, training, or staffing gaps.
Adhere to all Holman policies, procedures, and compliance requirements.
Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Pay:
We offer competitive wages that are commensurate with job-related skills, experience, relevant education or training, and geographic location, starting in the range of $60,080.00 - $85,610.00 CAD annually for full time employees.
