Lead and develop an implementation team to ensure timely, accurate client onboarding. Coach staff, manage workloads, drive process improvements, resolve escalated client issues, prepare reports, participate in hiring/training, and support departmental policies to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Support financial reporting and month-end close activities by preparing journal entries, reconciliations, and variance analyses. Produce periodic internal and supplementary reports, assist with quarterly and year-end statements and audits, evaluate reserves, ensure data integrity, and complete ad-hoc projects to improve processes and reporting accuracy.

Manage daily accident claims intake and dispatch, gather claim information, guide drivers/clients, document events, monitor repairs/subrogation, issue purchase orders/payments, and liaise with insurers to confirm coverage and submit documentation.

Review and document vehicle maintenance and repairs, negotiate costs, monitor preventative maintenance and trends, build and analyze reports, recommend cost-saving initiatives, liaise with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers, and act as a technical consultant for complex truck repairs.

Lead technical design and delivery of full-stack solutions: translate business requirements, create design artifacts, define and estimate tasks, guide engineering for scalable Azure/.NET applications, implement APIs/GraphQL, ensure database performance, enforce architectural standards, collaborate across teams, and support maintenance and SLAs.
