The Junior Financial Analyst will analyze key performance indicators, prepare financial reports, assist with audits, and support month-end activities.

Lead and develop an implementation team to ensure timely, accurate client onboarding. Coach staff, manage workloads, drive process improvements, resolve escalated client issues, prepare reports, participate in hiring/training, and support departmental policies to deliver high customer satisfaction.

Manage Canadian AR, AP (corporate, fuel, maintenance), Office Services and Facilities. Ensure cross-departmental communication, maintain audit-ready records, review reconciliations, improve processes, develop reporting, coach staff, and lead special projects.

Review and document vehicle maintenance and repairs, negotiate costs, monitor preventative maintenance and trends, build and analyze reports, recommend cost-saving initiatives, liaise with fleet managers, vendors and manufacturers, and act as a technical consultant for complex truck repairs.

Responsible for managing day-to-day client interactions, building and analyzing reports, and providing support to the Account Manager. Requires bilingual communication in French and strong customer service skills.
