Develop and maintain financial plans, budgets, forecasts, variance analyses, KPI reporting, profitability models, pricing tools, and executive presentations. Analyze product and client profitability, support Sales leadership, build Power BI reports, identify trends, and provide recommendations for strategic business decisions. Ensure financial data accuracy and assist business units with financial guidance and analytical projects.

Leads and oversees a selective leadership rotation program focused on enterprise leadership, strategic execution, organizational effectiveness, succession planning, executive influence, and transformational change. The role supports rotational assignments, executive engagement, mentoring, leadership development, and cohort learning while developing leaders capable of assuming broader organizational responsibilities. Success requires strategic and financial acumen, experience leading managers and cross-functional teams, organizational change expertise, and the ability to influence senior stakeholders in complex, matrixed environments.

Leads participation in Holman’s selective Leadership Rotation Program, coordinating cross-functional rotational assignments, leadership development, mentoring, and executive exposure. The role builds enterprise leadership capabilities across business functions, including talent development, operational excellence, change leadership, business acumen, and execution. Successful candidates demonstrate people leadership, resilience, adaptability, collaboration, communication, problem-solving, commercial awareness, and the ability to influence without authority. A bachelor’s degree and at least three years of leadership or significant project leadership experience are required.
