What you'll be doing
You’ll be joining CIBC’s Capital Markets Technology team. As a Release Management Coordinator, you will lead deployment and BAU implementations. You’ll support collaborative end-to-end project implementation and represent Technology by following the values, principles and practices of CIBC delivery. You’ll closely work with cross functional teams on the release management side, creating and consolidating documentation for releases, auditing release packages for completion, and securing timely approvals . Also, you will be supporting audit queries and investigations.
You’ll have the flexibility to manage your work activities within a hybrid work arrangement where you’ll spend 1-2 days per week on-site, while other days will be remote.

Who you are
- You can demonstrate: 1-2 plus years of experience in using Azure DevOps. 1-2 years of experience with releasing complex projects working with onshore and offshore teams. Experience with delivering status reports to a variety of stakeholders. Experience with process improvements implementations, understanding the needs of stakeholders.
- You have a degree/diploma in Computer Science, Business, and/or a related field.
