Support company compliance with Canadian chemical and environmental regulations (CEPA, Hazardous Products Act, TDG), maintain legal register, develop and document compliance processes, provide training and stakeholder guidance, respond to regulatory customer inquiries, and support commercial activities as part of the Regulatory Affairs team.
Purpose of PositionTo provide support to the organization in maintaining compliance and addressing needs related to new and existing business as they pertain to regulatory matters.Reporting StructureThis position reports to the Regulatory Affairs Manager.
