  • Partner effectively with the global Centres of Excellence (CoEs) and other functions to develop and deliver solutions for the business.

Enable change and innovation

  • Assess the people/HR implications of changes in the external and internal business environment and determines the appropriate response.
  • Act as a change agent within the region, identifying opportunities for improvement and implementing solutions that bring about positive change.

Talent management

  • Attract and recruit diverse talent with the required capabilities and competencies to meet current and future business and client requirements.
  • Build and strengthen the internal talent pool through comprehensive talent management including succession planning, identification of high potentials and talent development.
  • Coach leaders on effective management of their talent including career and development planning.

Performance and reward

  • Oversee the end-to-end performance enablement process, promoting a culture of regular feedback, effective coaching and a balance between assessment and development.
  • Take a holistic approach to Reward, ensuring that our total compensation offering remains competitive and incentivizes performance, whilst maintaining fairness and equity in the delivery of reward processes (e.g. salary reviews, bonus rounds).

Employee engagement

  • Actively manage the employee lifecycle to ensure a positive employee experience, leveraging employee feedback and insights from sources such as employee pulse surveys.
  • Lead efforts to build an inclusive environment where everyone is able to Be Yourself At Work and feel a sense of belonging.

  • Highly effective at partnering with senior business leaders to shape the business and people agenda and drive positive change.
  • Ability to build rapport and strong relationships at all levels of the business.
  • Experience working in complex, global organizations, where the ability to influence across the matrix (rather than by exercising authority down a linear reporting line) is paramount.
  • Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity and shifting priorities, and able to quickly adapt.
  • Experience of actively managing the end-to-end employee lifecycle and all HR disciplines from ‘hire to retire’.
  • Experience of managing a team and effectively enabling the performance and development of team members.
