The Role


As a Recruiter, you will be the first point of contact for potential candidates, acting as a brand ambassador and strategic hiring partner while ensuring every interaction reflects our culture and values. What You’ll Do

  • Full-Cycle Recruitment & Candidate Experience. Manage end-to-end hiring, from headcount approval to offer negotiations and onboarding—partner with hiring managers to ensure a seamless, equitable, and high-touch interview and hiring process. Deliver an engaging and exceptional candidate experience.
  • Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) Hiring Strategies. Build and nurture diverse talent pipelines across all hiring levels. Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract underrepresented talent. Use data insights to identify representation gaps and proactively close them. Ensure structured, bias-aware interview processes with standardized evaluation criteria.
  • Strategic Partnership & Cross-Functional Collaboration. Collaborate with internal teams to secure headcount approvals and hiring priorities. Serve as a trusted partner to hiring managers, providing insights on call center hiring trends and market availability. Facilitate strategic intake meetings to define job requirements and success metrics.
  • Talent Sourcing & Employer Branding. Strengthen employer brand through social media, networking, and outreach. Use innovative sourcing techniques to attract active and passive talent, including AI-driven tools, Boolean search, and targeted engagement. Represent the company at networking events, industry conferences, and job fairs, especially in the Missiouri/Kansas market, to build brand awareness and expand the talent pipeline.
  • Data-Driven Recruiting & Continuous Improvement. Track and analyze key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and hiring satisfaction. Use insights to refine sourcing strategies, enhance efficiency, and improve the candidate experience. Implement new tools, automation, and recruitment strategies for ongoing optimization.
  • Applicant Tracking System (ATS) Hygiene & Compliance. Maintain Lever (or equivalent ATS) data hygiene by ensuring candidate records are accurate, complete, and categorized appropriately. Regularly audit and clean outdated or duplicate records. Use ATS data to monitor hiring performance and recruitment KPIs. Follow standardized workflows for candidate submissions, feedback collection, and hiring decisions while ensuring compliance with GDPR, CCPA, and internal policies.

What You Bring

  • 3+ years of recruiting experience, including 1+ year in corporate/in-house recruiting.
  • Experience hiring for high-volume call centers and/or customer service representatives, financial services professionals, legal, and marketing positions,
  • Proven ability to source and engage passive talent through multi-touch outreach and nurture campaigns.
  • Experience partnering with colleges and career centers to build employer brand awareness.
  • Strong interviewing skills, with the ability to assess technical capabilities, behavioral skills, and team fit.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with a talent for storytelling and candidate engagement.
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, with strong follow-up skills.
  • A proactive, data-driven, and results-oriented mindset, thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (Lever or equivalent).
  • A team player with a positive attitude, professional temperament, and a great sense of humor.

Bonus Points

  • Experience in startup or high-growth environments.
  • Familiarity with data-driven recruiting strategies and pipeline analytics.
  • Background in employer branding and recruitment marketing strategies.

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
