We are seeking a Records Storage Coordinator (Term) to join our McAteer Group of Companies team! The Records Storage Coordinator (Term) is responsible for organizing, preparing, and documenting client files for secure off-site storage with Iron Mountain. The records are to be accurately inventoried, properly packaged, and labelled.

This role is currently based out of McAteer’s Markham, Ontario office located at 45 McIntosh Drive, Markham, ON. Please note that the office is expected to relocate to 2255 Sheppard Ave E Ste 202, North York, in the fall. The successful candidate will work from the new location once the transition is completed. 

This opportunity is being offered as a full-time term position ending December 31, 2026.

The Records Storage Coordinator (Term) will:
  • Organize, prepare, and document client files for secure off-site storage with Iron Mountain.

  • Ensure the records are accurately inventoried, properly packaged, and labelled.

  • Handle confidential client information with care.

  • Maintain detailed tracking logs, and coordinate file transfers to support efficient records management and retrieval when needed.

To be successful as a Records Storage Coordinator (Term) with McAteer, you will need:
  • Completion of post-secondary education in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.

  • Strong commitment to providing quality service, with excellent organizational and time management skills.

  • To effectively prioritize competing responsibilities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.

  • Demonstrated professionalism, reliability, and a willingness to learn and contribute as part of a collaborative team.

  • Previous administrative experience in an office environment is considered an asset

The hourly rate for this position is between $19 - $22 per hour.

The hourly rate will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training. If you are selected to move forward in our recruitment process, the Talent Acquisition Specialist will be able to provide additional details of the total compensation for this role.
