Your Contributions to the Organization will be to:  

  • Daily tasks include coordinating complaint activities including logging, sample management, investigation, customer response, etc.

  • Utilize the local Decision Tree for determination of Health Canada reportability and timelines

  • Complete and submit required Health Canada reports

  • Work with other departments and business units to facilitate complaint activities

  • Create and communicate local metrics on an ongoing basis to identify trends, and highlight opportunities with our business partners

  • Support team activities and coverage actions

This Job might be for you if have: 

  • 0-2 years of experience, preferred

  • Bachelor's degree in related field, or equivalent work experience, preferred

  • Applied comprehensive knowledge of the Health Canada Food and Drug Act, Canadian Medical Devices Regulations, Drug Regulations and GMP, Natural Health Product Regulations, Cosmetics and Consumer Regulations.

  • Experience with Excel, PowerPoint, Looker, Veeva Vault, preferred

  • Highly organized, problem solving, analytical and focused

  • Proven communication skills (verbal, written and presentation skills)

  • Demonstrates detail-oriented attention in all facets of responsibilities

  • Bilingual in French as an asset

Anticipated salary range: $57,300 - $76,400

This role is eligible for a performance-based annual bonus. Bonus awards are not guaranteed and are determined based on individual performance, company performance, and other business factors, in accordance with the company’s bonus plan.
