The Supplier Relations Manager will develop marketing strategies to enhance supplier relationships, oversee operational activities, manage supplier onboarding, and optimize performance within the ValueLink® program.

Lead month-end/year-end close activities, prepare management P&L and balance sheet, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage supplier chargebacks, support cash and inventory analysis, liaise with global finance and third-party service providers, contribute to budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements.

Design, deploy, and operate containerized and serverless platforms on GKE, manage the enterprise Harness CI/CD platform, build standardized GitOps/IaC pipelines, embed DevSecOps controls, monitor platform health, onboard application teams, enforce policy-as-code governance, and collaborate with security and stakeholders to ensure secure, scalable, and repeatable deployments.

Abstract and enter clinical data from health records, ensure data quality and confidentiality, use EHR/practice management systems and Microsoft Office, troubleshoot basic access/VPN/MFA issues, and collaborate with clinical teams to support operations.

Lead a pricing support team to ensure pricing data integrity, manage performance and development, resolve escalations, implement process and system improvements, oversee pricing updates in ERP, collaborate cross-functionally, and analyze pricing disputes to recommend corrective actions.

Manage ServiceNow tickets, gather and document requirements, work with external partners on EDI implementations, recommend solutions, maintain SLAs and dashboards, and ensure communication and quality across technical and business teams.

Abstract and enter clinical data from healthcare records, apply clinical operations policies, troubleshoot VPN/MFA access, maintain confidentiality, and provide guidance to less-experienced team members while ensuring data quality and workflow adherence.

Lead QA for ServiceNow platform enhancements: design and execute functional, integration, regression and ATF automation tests; validate releases, track defects, support deployments, and promote QA best practices within Agile teams.

Manage requests for new ServiceNow reports and dashboards, resolve dashboard/reporting incidents, train users on dashboards, build executive KPIs and scorecards, engage stakeholders to gather requirements, and apply AI/Generative AI for reporting automation and insights.

Design and produce labeling artwork and packaging layouts that support brand and identity systems. Collaborate with proofreading, labeling, and cross-functional teams, follow established guidelines and processes, and deliver high-quality work on schedule while communicating status to leadership and partners.
