Analyzes contract portfolios, renewal pipelines, and compliance metrics while collaborating with Legal and cross-functional stakeholders to improve commercial outcomes, reduce risk, and support customer satisfaction.

The Supplier Relations Manager will develop marketing strategies to enhance supplier relationships, oversee operational activities, manage supplier onboarding, and optimize performance within the ValueLink® program.

Lead OptiFreight billing services including allocation of freight charges, invoice accuracy checks, and invoice problem resolution. Supervise and develop analysts, drive process improvements and automation, maintain visibility of value streams, collaborate cross-functionally, and support vendor and customer contract administration.

Administers and architects IBM i environments across IBM Power Systems, managing partitions, upgrades, backups, disaster recovery, high availability, security, performance, storage, and integrations. Develops automation with CL, SQL, and RPG; supports IBM MQ, APIs, cloud platforms, and open-source technologies. Serves as the highest technical escalation point, leads root-cause analysis, participates in on-call support, and manages infrastructure changes, modernization initiatives, documentation, and compliance.

Manages customer order management and revenue cycle operations across reimbursement, claims, prior authorization, accounts receivable, and insurance verification. Supervises multiple teams, drives productivity, collections, quality, denial reduction, compliance, and customer experience metrics. Develops operational strategies, leads workforce planning and employee development, resolves complex cross-functional issues, uses reporting and analytics for root cause analysis, and oversees continuous improvement initiatives.

Lead end-to-end process mapping and analysis using BPMN and process/task-mining tools to identify inefficiencies, create As-Is/To-Be documentation, define BRDs, model future-state scenarios, and drive cross-functional implementation with executive reporting.
