Lead and coach Lean Six Sigma improvement projects across regional operations to improve safety, quality, productivity and standardization. Analyze processes, build dashboards (Power BI), support Kaizen events, and sustain project metrics through implementation and control.

The Supplier Relations Manager will develop marketing strategies to enhance supplier relationships, oversee operational activities, manage supplier onboarding, and optimize performance within the ValueLink® program.

Lead month-end/year-end close activities, prepare management P&L and balance sheet, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage supplier chargebacks, support cash and inventory analysis, liaise with global finance and third-party service providers, contribute to budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements.
