The Supplier Relations Manager will develop marketing strategies to enhance supplier relationships, oversee operational activities, manage supplier onboarding, and optimize performance within the ValueLink® program.

Lead month-end/year-end close activities, prepare management P&L and balance sheet, reconcile balance sheet accounts, manage supplier chargebacks, support cash and inventory analysis, liaise with global finance and third-party service providers, contribute to budgeting/forecasting, and drive process improvements.

Lead and develop a team of quality analysts to monitor and evaluate customer interactions using interaction analytics (speech, text, AQM). Build QA frameworks, deliver reports and insights, partner cross-functionally to drive performance improvements, coaching, and continuous improvement in a call center environment.
