Responsibilities - your mission:

Maintain a register of external providers that includes approval status (e.g. approved, conditional, disapproved) and the scope of the approval (e.g. product type, process family);

Periodically review external provider performance
-
ensures consistent application of guidelines, standards, procedures and norms.
-
Ensuring the business requirements and the process maturity criteria within the DOA processes and methods
-
Assure that all Business Requirements and the process maturity criteria are fulfilled by the Process in accordance with the Corporate Process Management rules.
-
Support proactively the Process Management Team to set up the Process referentials and to improve the Process maturity.
-
Ensure process is fully described according to Airbus Aerostructures requirements,
-
allowing its application across Airbus Aerostructures and the Risks & Opportunities associated are managed.

Ensures process referentials (Competences, Resource Models, Documentation Plan,
-
Process networks, Deployment Areas) are up to date, managed and continuously improved.
-
Ensure that a Surveillance Plan (including Audits) is created, deployed, and findings are effectively addressed.

Act as a correspondent on overall Quality with Process Management Team
-
Application of quality management methods eg. PPS, 9S, Six Sigma, Pareto, Ishikawa, FMEA, Five-Why and Benchmarking etc.

Ensuring that the DOA delivers relevant services of your organization for the process covered by the DOA is correct and complete
-
Ensuring that a monitoring plan (including audits) is established and in place, and that the results are acted upon effectively
-
Be accountable to collaborate and connect with multi stakeholders to ensure Design conformity and quality Standards adherence;
-
Advise on Quality process, propose solutions & improvements
-
Identify supplier DOA monitoring needs and consider the other monitoring activities implemented in the supply organization
-
Within your organization, manage supplier response actions for corrective actions related to DOA events, both internal to Airbus and external and/or by EASA, to full implementation.

Review and actively propose changes to these procedural documents
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
-
A diploma/master's degree in aeronautics and engineering aerospace, mechanical engineering or in other ways acquired comparable qualification
-
Knowledge in Part 21 requirement is highly valued
-
Several years of professional experience in the field of quality management, DOA management and/or process management
-
Relevant experience with the common quality management system (ISO 9100/9001/9004)
-
experience in independent monitoring
-
Analytical and systematic way of working
-
Project management skills : understanding of the overall project management methodology, structured and organized way of working
-
Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management as well as high resilience and assertiveness
-
Team & communication skills
-
Accurate work ethic
-
Business fluent English (German desirable)
-
Experience in MS Office and G Suite
-
Willingness to travel
