Job Description:
Responsibilities - your mission:

Modeling of Processes and Applying of standards, processes and norms based on EN9145 (APQP) and others for the Airbus Aerostructures development and factory topics.
-
Ensuring uniform application of APQP guidelines, methods, processes (standards, procedures and norms) for development and industrialization projects in the central functions (VSM, Engineering, ME) and the plants.

Support of improvement processes from internal / external and customer complaints
-
Application of quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, FMEA, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa and Benchmarking etc.
-
APQP Process Support and coaching for the project/program leaders following EN 9145 and related standards.

Facilitate the application of Airbus Aerostructures GmbH quality processes to meet customer and statutory requirements for the designated project/program

Experienced in designing and modeling of processes e.g. with the Software ARIS
Requirements - our ideal candidate will have:
-
A diploma/master's degree in the field of aerospace engineering, mechanical engineering or a comparable qualification acquired in another way

Several years of professional experience in development quality and/or in quality management
-
Experienced in modeling of processes
-
Application of quality management methods e.g. PPS, 9S, FMEA, Six-Sigma, Pareto, Five-Why, Ishikawa, Lesson Learned and Benchmarking etc.

Preferred: APQP Champion or Master qualification

Analytical and systematic way of working

Talent for agile, reliable and fast data management as well as high resilience and assertiveness

Team & communication skills

Accurate work ethic

Business fluent English (German desirable)

Experience in MS Office and G Suite

Willingness to travel
