Position Summary: We are seeking a Quality Assurance (QA) Architect to lead the design, implementation, and coordination of enterprise-wide testing strategies. This role is critical in ensuring the reliability, scalability, and performance of our systems, with a strong focus on ERP-to-ERP migration projects. The QA Architect will not only define test architecture but also oversee the entire QA process — from requirements gathering to issue resolution — ensuring seamless collaboration across teams.

Responsibilities:

Test Architecture & Strategy

  • Define and implement QA frameworks, methodologies, and standards across enterprise applications.
  • Design scalable automated testing solutions across functional, integration, performance, and security domains.
  • Establish governance for test design, execution, and reporting, ensuring consistency across teams.
  • Champion the use of automation languages (Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) to build robust, reusable test suites.

Testing Coordination

  • Collaborate with business and technical teams to translate requirements into comprehensive test strategies.
  • Review and approve automated and manual test scripts to ensure coverage, maintainability, and quality.
  • Maintain and track issue logs, ensuring timely resolution and escalation where needed.
  • Coordinate defect triage meetings and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
  • Monitor progress of testing activities and provide regular reports on quality metrics.

ERP Migration Testing

  • Lead QA efforts for ERP-to-ERP migration projects, ensuring data integrity, process continuity, and system reliability.
  • Develop migration-specific test strategies covering data validation, reconciliation, and end-to-end business process testing.
  • Implement automation for data reconciliation and regression testing to accelerate validation cycles.

Technical Leadership

  • Drive adoption of CI/CD-integrated testing practices using Azure DevOps (ADO).
  • Provide hands-on guidance in building automation frameworks using Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG, or similar tools.
  • Mentor QA engineers in scripting best practices and automation design patterns.
  • Evaluate and recommend modern testing tools, frameworks, and technologies to continuously improve QA maturity.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience in software testing/QA, with at least 5 years in an architect or lead role.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong expertise in test automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, JUnit, TestNG).
  • Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps (ADO) for test management, CI/CD, and issue tracking.
  • Proven experience in ERP-to-ERP migration project testing (SAP, Oracle, Dynamics, or similar).
  • Proficiency in programming languages (Java, Python, C#, or similar).
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.
  • Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
  • Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

Compensation & Work Arrangement:

  • Competitive Base Salary between $60/hr. - $80/hr.
  • Hybrid Work Model: Minimum 3 days a week in the office
