Job Responsibilities:
Responsibilities:

• Conduct root cause analysis of quality issues and establish clean point.
• Conduct various Quality Internal Audits.
• Produce, track, and implement Quality alerts
• Produce and implement Visual Aids.
• Work with the suppliers on NC Material disposition.
• Collect and manage non-conforming material.
• Conduct H-Point, BSR, Effort tests, Seat Scanning and Craftsmanship / Appearance Audits.
• Prepare Management Quality Reviews
• Analyze quality data for the plant and the product.
• Monitor and ensure all measuring and assembly equipment are calibrated.
• Participate in all the PTR and product or process change implementation
• Arrange for seat replacement as required and provides replacement components as needed.
• Other Duties as assigned
