Responsibilities:
  • Own and evolve the test strategy, setting the gold standard for quality across teams.
  • Partner with Engineers, Product Managers, and stakeholders to build and approve smart, risk-based test plans.
  • Shape testing approaches early during discovery, planning, and refinement stages.
  • Lead end-to-end quality efforts across sportsbook, casino, and platform initiatives.
  • Champion a culture of quality, helping teams embed testing into everything they do.
  • Drive collaboration with QA Leads and cross-functional teams across the business.
  • Build and maintain dashboards, metrics, and KPIs to measure quality and release health.
  • Improve QA processes, tools, and frameworks to boost speed, coverage, and confidence.
  • Support testing, troubleshooting, bug triage, prioritization, and defect management.
  • Balance delivery needs with technical excellence, player experience, and business priorities.
  • Inspire teams through leadership, coaching, and a continuous improvement mindset.

Salary: $70,000-$100,000 CAD

Qualifications Experience Preferred Deep understanding of QA methodologies: Unit, API, UI, Integration, Performance, E2E. Experience with CI/CD pipelines such as Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, GoCD, or similar. Proven experience designing and executing full-stack test strategies. Ability to turn business requirements into clear, testable scenarios. Excellent communication skills, you know how to work across teams and influence stakeholders. Proactive mindset with a great sense of ownership and accountability. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Comfortable navigating complex systems and fast-moving environments. Passion for continuous improvement and raising quality standards.
