We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and Python to join our technology team at Citi. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with local and global team to deliver robust solutions.
Responsibilities:
- Develop responsive web application using React.js and Typescript
- Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using FastAPI (Python)
- Collaborate with Leads, UI / UX designers, end-users, and other developers to deliver user-centric features
- Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry standards and team best practices.
- Optimize components for maximum performance
- Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions
- Ensure Application Stability and participate in release activities
- Take ownership, accountability, and responsibility from inception to delivery in prod and collaborate with Production Support for long term maintenance and stability
Qualifications:
- 5-8 Years of experience in Python Developer using FastAPI, async programming
- Strong Proficiency in React.js, Javascript, TypeScript
- Good understanding of Web framework, Microservices, OAuth
- 3+ year experience in Mongo DB or any database
- Good knowledge of OOPS, TDD in python.
- Basic Understanding of Autosys and Git
- Self-managing, ability to mange project end-to-end
- Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
- Tableau integration knowledge is a plus
Education:
- Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
- CFA, FRM, Investment Banking / Capital Markets experience preferred
