We are seeking a talented and self-motivated Full Stack Developer with strong expertise in React JS and Python to join our technology team at Citi. This role is responsible for developing and maintaining high-performance and scalable applications. You will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, collaborating with local and global team to deliver robust solutions.
Responsibilities:

  • Develop responsive web application using React.js and Typescript
  • Build and maintain scalable backend APIs using FastAPI (Python)
  • Collaborate with Leads, UI / UX designers, end-users, and other developers to deliver user-centric features
  • Write clean, maintainable, and testable code following industry standards and team best practices.
  • Optimize components for maximum performance
  • Participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and sprint planning sessions
  • Ensure Application Stability and participate in release activities
  • Take ownership, accountability, and responsibility from inception to delivery in prod and collaborate with Production Support for long term maintenance and stability


Qualifications:

  • 5-8 Years of experience in Python Developer using FastAPI, async programming
  • Strong Proficiency in React.js, Javascript, TypeScript
  • Good understanding of Web framework, Microservices, OAuth
  • 3+ year experience in Mongo DB or any database
  • Good knowledge of OOPS, TDD in python.
  • Basic Understanding of Autosys and Git
  • Self-managing, ability to mange project end-to-end
  • Good understanding of RESTful API design and integration
  • Tableau integration knowledge is a plus

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience
  • CFA, FRM, Investment Banking / Capital Markets experience preferred
