About the team:

From Procurement to Finance to IT services and much more, the Quality & Operation Department provides critical support for all of Huawei Canada. This department prides itself on its ability to solve complex problems, often under tight deadlines, while provided world class service. The department’s name reflects its commitment to quality and operational excellence.

About the job:

  • Work collaboratively with the project manager and team to maximize productivity

  • Collaborate with the team, contributing to the entire project lifecycle

  • Organize and monitor schedules and see that deadlines are met

  • Coordinate efforts within the team

  • Report updates verbally and in written form to management

  • Complete any necessary administrative tasks, such as research and Data analysis

  • Demonstrate commitment to clients’ needs and confidentiality continuously

The total target annual compensation (based on 2,080 hours per year) ranges from $48,000 to $94,000 depending on education, experience, and demonstrated expertise.

About the ideal candidate:

  • Bachelor degree in Science or related

  • At least 2-year experience in project assistance and operation

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint

  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills

  • Ability to meet multiple deadlines

  • Ability to handle stressful situation
