What you will do

  • As a member of the field operations team, the Field Project Manager will manage and coordinate operations, maintenance and lifecycle project, as well as client requested additional scope services.

  • Independently manage projects $5000-$500 000.00 as an embedded part of day to day operations utilizing both in house resources and sub-contractor

  • Manage multiple projects of various sizes simultaneously on a daily basis.

  • Review and validate assigned project scope of work, bill of material and implementation budget.  Gather contractor quotes and complete detailed estimates within tight timelines.

  • Work closely with internal departments and lead project meetings.

  • Communicate with internal team, customers, general contractors and subcontractors to manage project risk, budget and schedule.

  • Solicit project bids from subcontractors for projects requiring subcontractor labor. Award projects as per award policy.

  • Onboard vendors, generate purchase order requisitions for subcontractor labor, lift rentals and miscellaneous materials as necessary. Distribute purchase orders and close upon completion.

  • Manage material delivery, handling and storage

  • Facilitate permit process and site safety procedures

  • Update and continually maintain project activity log, schedules and estimates. Provide updates to internal and external customers as required.

  • Maintain monthly revenue forecasting, collections and cashflow.

  • Monitor project progress and expenses and escalate potential risks to internal stakeholders.

  • Manage project to end and validate all elements of SOW have been completed. Execute all project closure activities.

  • Backfill day to day operations team members

  • Participate in on call rotation schedule for after hours emergencies and escalations 

How you will do it

  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, via telephone, email or designated application.

  • Execute project tasks via project management applications and others as required.

  • Create project documentation and monitor project budget using MS Office applications and others.

  • Leverage internal and external support services.

What we look for 

Required

  • Five year experience managing projects up to 500k+

  • Experience in plumbing, electrical, HVAC and IT construction practices/codes

  • Proficiency with architectural drawings and ability create rough markups for conduit, electrical drops and system component placements.

  • Strong organizational and communication skill.

  • Ability to communicate in a professional business manner. 

  • Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

  • Ability to travel to site for regular business and emergencies

  • Proficient with MS Office products.

Preferred

  • Healthcare experience

  • Experience in facilities maintenance

  • PMP and/or other professional designations 

  • Lives nearby to PCH site
