Role summary:

The Project Manager (PM) role will form part of the US Project Management team and will play a critical role in successfully delivering digital projects, ensuring they align with client needs and organizational goals. They will be responsible for overseeing project timelines, budgets, and resources while maintaining strong communication with stakeholders. This role requires a highly organized, detail-oriented professional who can manage multiple priorities and collaborate across global teams.

The PMD role is focused on 3 functional areas:

  1. Project Planning & Execution – Define project scope, develop timelines, manage budgets, and drive execution to ensure successful delivery.
  2. Stakeholder & Team Coordination – Serve as the primary point of contact between teams, clients, and vendors to align expectations and maintain clear communication.
  3. Risk & Quality Management – Identify potential risks, develop mitigation strategies, and oversee quality control to ensure high project standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and stakeholders.
  • Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets to ensure successful execution.
  • Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize disruptions.
  • Allocate and manage resources, including team members, vendors, and external partners.
  • Maintain clear and proactive communication with stakeholders, keeping them informed on project progress.
  • Set and manage client expectations regarding timelines, deliverables, and scope.
  • Oversee quality control processes to ensure all deliverables meet required standards.
  • Facilitate project team meetings, ensuring alignment on goals and responsibilities.
  • Monitor and track project expenses, ensuring adherence to budget constraints.
  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including status reports and change requests.
  • Conduct project retrospectives to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
  • Flexibility to work across time zones, supporting clients and teams globally.
  • Perform other related duties as assigned by management.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

  • Digital agency project management experience required.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Time management and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

  • Knowledge of Google technology stack.
  • Monday.com platform experience; Other PM platforms (e.g. Basecamp, Jira, Workfront, Smartsheet, etc,) are also a plus.
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a dynamic environment.
  • Conflict resolution and negotiation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a focus on quality.
