What's the opportunity?

Reporting to the Chief Technology Officer, the main objective of the Project Manager will be to ensure that projects are operating better than the day before, and that critical short- and long-term initiatives are tracked and implemented with priority.  With a deep understanding and alignment of the complex product portfolios, company strategy and product vision(s), you provide an effective, data driven approach for standardizing how product teams work and deliver new functionality to customers.

What will you do? 

  • Establishes KPI and OKR transparency through dashboarding, and pro-actively tracks, analyzes, identifies anomalies, or extracts improvements.  
  • Prepares project financials, performance reporting and monthly and annual plans for various stakeholders 
  • Works with Resource Management to acquire resources for projects and processes 
  • Coordinate quarterly planning processes (OKRs - Objective and Key Results) in alignment with our product partners  
  • Ensures compliance and drives organizational process improvements   
  • Keep a pulse internally on prevailing issues impacting our Engineers, and guides leadership to key areas of focus.  
  • Ability to plan and delegate work to team members, and hold them accountable, and manage expectations with all parties  
  • Work with leadership to develop and align actional OKR’s to product vision and organizational goals and objectives 
  • Evaluate and track departmental and product-driven progress, holding parties accountable, and managing expectations with stakeholders 
  • Development and use of reporting and metrics to make decisions and drive continuous improvement  

What do you need to succeed?

Must Haves:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.  
  • 7-10 years of experience in Project Management, particularly in software engineering in Product SaaS companies 
  • Change management experience or certification 
  • Deep knowledge and experience with Agile frameworks and methodology 
  • Deep experience using Excel, and creating/maintaining reporting and dashboards 
  • Demonstrated ability to lead complex strategic and operational initiatives.  
  • Experience supporting high-growth organizations, and aligning initiatives projected to scale 
  • Highly resourceful, self-driven individual with the ability to partner, execute, and lead through influence.   
  • Ability to manage relationships, and setting/managing stakeholder expectations.  
  • Good judgment and decision-making skills backed by integrity and flexibility     
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.   
  • Exceptional leadership skills
