Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for the performance of relatively small to mid-sized production projects or a defined portion of larger projects in accordance with contract requirements and company policies, procedures and guidelines.

Location: Mississauga, ON

Salary: $85,000 to 100,000

Your Challenge:

  • Plans, initiates and manages small to mid-sized projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and industry standards.

  • Develops and maintains detailed project plans and timelines while serving as primary liaison between engineering, manufacturing, quality assurance and supply chain to align production capacity with contract requirements.

  • Monitor’s production KPI’s and communicate regularly with stakeholders on project progress, issues and deliverable readiness.

  • Conducts project reviews and adapts strategies as needed to respond to changing requirements.

  • Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and project management best practices.

What You Bring:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills

  • Knowledge of MS Office

  • Prior project management experience

  • Ability to manage multiple projects

  • Excellent team collaboration skills
