Lead development and execution of production planning and master scheduling across programs. Oversee capacity planning, inventory optimization, KPI governance, ERP/MRP optimization, production control, forecasting, and continuous improvement to align demand, materials, and manufacturing execution.

Supervise quality control for shot peening and NDT processes, monitor inspections, manage calibration, generate non-conformance reports, perform internal audits, track training records, and support process/part development to meet aerospace standards.

Support and enforce quality assurance processes for nuclear-related products: create and review QA documentation, inspect safety-related components, evaluate nonconformances, implement corrective actions, perform vendor source inspections, and support customer/vendor audits to meet regulatory and customer requirements.
