Manage export and import compliance for a defense manufacturing operation, ensuring adherence to Canadian, U.S., and international trade regulations. Responsibilities include export classification, permits, customs documentation, shipping coordination, dangerous goods compliance, freight invoice review, logistics cost optimization, supplier and customer relationships, and shipment monitoring. The role works with engineering, procurement, logistics teams, freight forwarders, and government systems to support compliant, timely material movement.
