Project Manager – Wealth & Asset Management

Location: Toronto (Hybrid – 4 days per week onsite) | Practice Area: Wealth & Asset Management | Type: Permanent

The Role

As a Project Manager within Capco’s Wealth & Asset Management practice, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact initiatives for leading financial services clients. You’ll bring structure, clarity, and momentum to complex programs, working closely with cross-functional teams, vendors, and senior stakeholders to ensure successful outcomes.

What You’ll Do
  • Manage end-to-end project plans, including scope, timelines, risks, issues, and dependencies

  • Lead and support delivery teams, ensuring clear roles, priorities, and progress tracking

  • Own vendor management activities, including coordination, delivery oversight, and issue resolution

  • Engage and manage stakeholders across cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment and transparent communication

  • Develop high-quality materials and decks to support executive-level decision making

What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience delivering projects within wealth or asset management environments

  • Strong capability in project governance, risk management, and issue resolution

  • Experience working with third-party vendors and internal delivery teams

  • Confidence communicating with senior stakeholders and executives

  • Ability to translate complex information into clear, decision-ready materials

  • Experience working in consulting or client-facing delivery roles

  • Familiarity with regulatory or operational change initiatives

  • Exposure to agile or hybrid delivery methodologies

  • Advanced presentation and storytelling skills for executive audiences
