THE OPPORTUNITY: 
The Project Manager role is crucial in driving operational excellence and fostering cross-functional alignment throughout TechInsights' product marketing organization. This position facilitates collaboration among product managers, technical product managers, segment leaders, product marketers, and other stakeholders to ensure that product development and marketing projects move smoothly and efficiently.
The Project Manager implements AI-enabled workflows, manages project risks and dependencies, oversees the publication of marketing content, and ensures clear communication across all levels of the organization. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, proactive problem-solving abilities, and the capability to bring clarity and structure to fast-moving, complex environments. The Project Manager serves as the operational backbone of the product marketing function, enabling teams to execute with speed and confidence.

 
WHAT YOU’LL DO 
  • Facilitate collaboration across product teams and stakeholders to drive alignment on priorities, scope, and milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, manage dependencies, and establish governance to remove blockers and protect delivery timelines.
  • Oversee Platform marketing content publishing workflow, ensuring brand compliance, quality control, and performance tracking for optimization.
  • Champion AI tool adoption to streamline workflows for documentation, meeting summaries, project tracking, data analysis, and reporting. Maintain AI models with appropriate source files, quantify productivity gains, and iterate based on feedback.
  • Deliver executive dashboards, status reports, and KPI tracking that enable strategic decision-making. Facilitate key meetings to maintain organizational alignment.
  • Maintain centralized documentation repositories and serve as the source of truth for project status, decisions, and history. Ensure knowledge transfer continuity across teams.
  • Conduct root-cause analysis on bottlenecks, facilitate retrospectives, and implement process improvements. Build organizational capability through standards, templates, and Agile, Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid methodologies.
  • Leverage proficiency in Microsoft Suite and AI tools to enhance team productivity and collaboration.

 
WHAT YOU’LL BRING 
  • 5-10 years of project management experience, with experience in marketing, product marketing, or product management a plus
  • Background within a market research firm or technology analysis company preferred
  • Post-secondary education in business, project management, marketing, or a related field
  • Project management certification (PMP, Agile, Scrum) preferred
  • Exceptional communication skills with the ability to translate complex information for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Strong decision-making capabilities and skill in assessing and aligning priorities to drive successful outcomes
  • A proactive, structured, and dependable approach with a demonstrated ability to bring clarity and stability to fast-moving environments
  • Analytical and detail-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and the ability to standardize processes at scale
  • Adaptability and resilience, with the ability to thrive in ambiguity while keeping teams focused and moving forward
  • Change management expertise with skill in navigating organizational complexity and driving adoption of new processes

  • Full-time, in office position with flexibility as needed.
