The Opportunity
As a Project Manager, Digital Operations, you will act as the primary liaison between our Digital Team and various departments such as HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other stakeholders. This role requires someone who thrives in operational leadership, enjoys building relationships, and has a solid understanding of working with software development and Agile Scrum teams. You will also represent the digital team in all supplier, recruitment, and HR engagements, while spearheading business operations and European digital expansion efforts.
What You’ll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for the ADC Digital Team, coordinating with HR, Talent Acquisition, IT, and other key departments for our European team.
- Lead operational initiatives to support our EU digital expansion, ensuring alignment with regional business needs.
- Build strong relationships with EU business stakeholders to establish a collaborative and effective partnership.
- Interface with suppliers, managing vendor relationships and contracts.
- Collaborate with recruitment teams to support hiring initiatives, ensuring smooth onboarding for new digital team members.
- Oversee the day-to-day business operations of the digital team in Barcelona.
- Provide operational support to software developers and testers, understanding their requirements and ensuring their needs are met.
- Work with HR and IT teams to ensure all digital team resources (laptops, software, tools, etc.) are adequately provisioned and maintained.
- Represent the digital team in planning and strategy meetings, providing insights and updates on operational priorities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of the budget for the digital team, ensuring alignment with overall business financial goals.
- Regularly track and analyze budget expenditures, providing detailed reports and insights to senior management to ensure financial targets are met.
- Work with various departments to ensure efficient allocation of financial resources, identifying areas for cost savings and improved financial performance.
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience in operations, project management, or a similar role, ideally within a digital or software development environment.
- High energy, proactive, and results-driven, with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Strong background working with software developers, testers, and technical teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport across teams and regions.
- Solid organizational and multitasking abilities, with a strong attention to detail.
- Experience collaborating with HR, IT, and Talent Acquisition teams.
- Familiarity with supplier/vendor management.
- Fluency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and growing organization.
