The Head PMO is responsible for identifying and driving critical transformation initiatives for ANI India. This role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, external partners, and senior management to execute projects that enhance business growth and operational efficiency. Duties include reporting updates, conducting detailed project designs, managing execution, and preparing presentations for executive review.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Project Management
- Identify transformation initiatives and projects for ANI India based on short and long term business needs
- Drive high-priority projects critical to business growth and development (e.g., margin optimization, sales acceleration, strategic deals, India governance model); will require working closely with GM, SLT members and cross-functional teams to drive requisite change and generate impact for the projects
- Set up and work with relevant cross functional teams across commercial, manufacturing, supply chain, HR, finance and regulatory functions on projects
- Drive strategic partnerships with external partners and other areas as needed
- Collaborate with regional and global teams, as needed
- Ensure timely reporting of critical business updates to region and division working with business unit and functional heads, as needed
- Conduct detailed design of initiatives, bringing in best practices and insights from internal and external sources (market, competition and other industries) into the project design
- Own the execution and delivery of all chosen transformational projects and ensure regular problem solving, tracking and de-bottlenecking
- Perform escalation of issues and roadblocks along with mitigating actions to relevant owners, sponsors
- Conducting root cause analysis; identifying critical issues and framing the overall problem statement for strategic projects
- Distilling insights and synthesizing analysis & output into clear recommendation for business heads and senior management
- Defining implementation plans and roadmap for execution
- Preparing presentations for GM’s office, as needed
