Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee the production of a large-scale event in 2025. This individual will serve as the central hub of communication, ensuring seamless coordination between internal teams, partner agencies, and the client. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in managing timelines, maintaining accountability, and leveraging project management tools to drive successful project outcomes.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Attend all project-related calls, capture action items, ensure alignment among team members, and address any communication gaps.
  • Develop, maintain, and adjust comprehensive workback schedules to align with project goals and deadlines.
  • Monitor internal deliverables across Accounts, Production, and Creative teams to ensure timely completion and accountability.
  • Serve as the main point of contact for internal teams and partner agencies, providing updates, addressing roadblocks, and ensuring clear communication flow.
  • Facilitate collaboration among internal teams (20+ members) and partner agencies, scheduling stakeholder meetings, and providing consistent updates.
  • Manage and track all client approvals to ensure deliverables are reviewed and approved on schedule.
  • Review all deliverables to ensure they meet the highest standards before submission to the client.


Qualifications:

  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is required.
  • Proven experience managing large-scale events, conferences, or similar projects.
  • Strong proficiency in Monday.com, Slack, and Google Workspace tools.
  • Experience working with agency teams.
  • Exceptional organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
