BIMM is booming, so we’re looking for a Technical Project Manager to join our team. This is a contract opportunity running from February 10 to June 27, 2025.
As we observe a hybrid model, this role will require you to be in office at BIMM HQ (Distillery District) up to 2 days per week.

Who we’re looking for
You are passionate about amazing digital experiences, and constantly look to make those experiences better. In this role, you will lead and act as the central point of contact for the rollout of customized websites across global markets. This role involves technical configuration, quality assurance, troubleshooting and triaging issues, coordinating with diverse teams, managing a group of content authors, and proactively addressing risks to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. To be successful, you will need excellent communication, and “hands-on” project management skills with a get it done attitude, as well as proficiency in motivating others through vision, strategic positioning, and leadership characteristics.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact and subject matter expert, leading the website rollouts and processes.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Communicate and coordinate with development teams to escalate and resolve complex issues promptly.
- Write technical requirements, clear acceptance criteria and user-facing documentation.
- Evaluate and improve processes for website configuration, deployment, and troubleshooting to enhance efficiency, quality and scalability.
- Manage and support a team of content authors.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Build and maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience in Technical Program/Project Management role, or Project Management in a Technical capacity, within an Agile environment
- Proven ability to collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize requirements, ensuring timely and accurate implementation.
- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities, customers & initiatives under very tight deadlines
- Ability to provide clear direction and support to your team, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
- Strong technical acumen, with the ability to troubleshoot and triage issues effectively.
- Proactively identify, assess, and communicate risks to project timelines and deliverables.
- Familiarity with website CMS platforms and web development processes is highly desirable.
- Ability to participate independently in resource and sprint plannings to ensure priorities are lined up with dependent teams.
- Strong Client relationship experience as you will work side by side with client stakeholders
- Previous work in Scrum and Agile environments
- Highly proficient in utilizing JIRA and Confluence.
