At Teledyne DALSA, we’re a global leader in high-performance digital imaging and semiconductor solutions. Our technology powers industries, science, and even space exploration. Join our Waterloo team as a Project Manager and lead new product development projects that shape the future of imaging.

What you’ll do

  • Plan and launch new product development projects

  • Build and manage cross-functional teams across multiple sites

  • Track progress and report to senior management

  • Identify and resolve resource conflicts and risks

  • Manage scope changes and ensure business objectives are met

  • Support product deployment and early-life performance

  • Conduct project-specific performance reviews

  • Contribute to capacity planning, technology roadmaps, and process improvements

  • Prepare and lead NPI (New Product Introduction) transitions

What you need

  • Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree; or 3 years and a Master’s degree

  • Required: Engineering degree or equivalent experience in imaging hardware/software

  • Required: Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Required: 2+ years in product development under structured project management

  • Required: PMP designation and knowledge of PMBOK

  • Required: Experience with Microsoft Project and project management tools

  • Advantage: Knowledge of SAP, NPI processes, and OEM business development

  • Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

  • Willingness to travel for customer and vendor support

Salary Range:

$75,500.00-$100,700.000
