Job Description
We are searching for a Project Coordinator to report directly to the Regional Vice President of Canada on projects and various day-to-day administrative functions:
Key Responsibilities
- Liaising with clients and managers to define project objectives, scopes and requirements all while ensuring adherence to corporate policies and frameworks.
- Maintaining and monitoring plans, schedules, documentation, budgets and expenditures.
- Support with project changes, assess risks / issues and provide solutions where applicable.
- Documenting and following up on important actions and decisions from meetings.
- Organizing, attending and participating in stakeholder meetings.
- Preparing necessary presentation and reporting materials for meetings, and ad-hoc requests.
- Cross collaboration with colleagues to work through ad-hoc project requests
- Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
- Event and visitor management.
- Other duties as required.
Qualifications
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field of study. PMP or CAPM certification completed or in progress is an asset
- Two years’ experience in related field.
- Exceptional verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Skilled in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Power BI.
- Ability to work on tight deadlines.
- Organizational skills
- Time-management
- Strong work ethic.
- Attention to detail.
- An interest in transportation and logistics would be an asset.
- An interest in developing people would be an asset.
- Financial literacy and understanding of PnL statements would be an asset.

Salary range is from CAD 50,000 to CAD 60,000 per annum.
