Job Description:

Corporate Affairs inspires and connects customers, communities and colleagues through communications, advocacy and engagement that strengthen TD’s brand and support business outcomes. Within this department, Operations & Enablement provides the coordination, governance, reporting and project support needed to execute on strategic priorities, colleague experiences and events, learning initiatives, and transformation work.

The team partners with senior leaders, communicators, business leads from across the broader department to enable planning, execution and operational excellence across Corporate Affairs.

Job Description

The Project Coordinator provides a broad range of project coordination, administrative, governance, and operational support for Corporate Affairs initiatives, programs, and portfolio activities. The role supports the execution of business priorities by coordinating activities, maintaining project documentation, organizing meetings and events, tracking deliverables, preparing reporting materials, and supporting program governance processes.

Key AccountabilitiesProject Coordination
  • Provide coordination and administrative support across Corporate Affairs projects, initiatives, and workstreams.
  • Support implementation of strategic priorities, transformation initiatives, learning and development programs, colleague engagement activities, and operational improvements.
  • Maintain project plans, action logs, milestone trackers, workback schedules, and documentation repositories.
  • Track project dependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and follow-up actions to support effective delivery.
  • Assist in preparing project status reports, dashboards, presentations, briefing materials, and leadership updates.
  • Support governance processes and ensure project activities align with established standards and methodologies.
  • Coordinate stakeholder meetings, agendas, meeting materials, action items, and follow-up communications.
Operations & Enablement Support
  • Support leaders with onboarding and offboarding activities, including equipment requests, system access coordination, software provisioning, and distribution list management in partnership with the Centralized Services team as required.
  • Support leaders with coordinating budget or financial processing requests, including engagement with accounts payable, invoicing, and expense management.
  • Assist with maintenance and administration of collaboration platforms, distribution lists, shared repositories, and team resources.
  • Coordinate logistics and planning activities for Corporate Affairs meetings, town halls, offsites, learning programs, and special initiatives.
Meeting & Event Coordination
  • Administer the business food and beverage program along with other catering arrangement or requirements on an ongoing basis.
  • Coordinate meeting room bookings and logistics, including room setup requirements, participant management, equipment requirements, and catering arrangements where applicable.
  • Support execution, logistics and planning activities for Corporate Affairs meetings, town halls, offsites, learning programs, and special initiatives.
  • Assist with event communications, invitations, attendee tracking, RSVP management, and post-event follow-up.
Stakeholder & Concierge Support
  • Collaborate with Executive Assistants to identify opportunities to improve processes, streamline coordination, meeting and event activities, enhance information flow, and strengthen execution and alignment.
  • Serve as a point of contact for colleagues, stakeholders, visitors, and event participants, delivering a high-quality service experience.
  • Support executive and leadership event logistics, visitor coordination, and meeting readiness activities.
  • Assist with conference room bookings, scheduling activities, travel logistics, and administrative coordination as required.
  • Provide guidance and support to colleagues regarding processes, resources, events, and operational practices.
Communications, Reporting & Continuous Improvement
  • Support preparation of presentations, reports, communications, and briefing materials.
  • Support maintenance of team communications channels, community boards, and information repositories.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, documentation, reporting, and operational efficiency.
  • Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and service excellence.
QualificationsEducation & Experience
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Experience supporting projects, programs, events, operational functions, or administrative activities.
  • Experience coordinating meetings, events, stakeholder engagement activities, or business initiatives.
  • Experience coordinating invoices, vendor payments, purchase orders, budgets, and expense management activities is considered an asset.
  • Familiarity with TD banking processes, enterprise governance frameworks, and internal operational controls is an asset.
  • Experience preparing presentations, reports, dashboards, or project documentation is considered an asset.
