Long View is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Program Manager for our Toronto office who is passionate about delivering on large and complex projects! You will be a member of our PMO responsible for managing multiple IT programs ensuring alignment of scope, schedule and budget to the existing Project Delivery Framework. 

A Day in the Life:

  • Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
  • Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
  • Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
  • Leverage expertise to support the go live dates identified for the project
  • Support a team of the MS Dynamics specialists, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
  • Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics 365 modules and automate data processing
  • Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
  • Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
  • Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
  • Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner

What You Bring:

  • 3+ years leading Dynamics 365 implementations (FO/SCM and/or CE).
  • 10+ years of program/project management in enterprise software environment
  • Led at least 3 full-cycle D365 FO/SCM or CE enterprise implementations.
  • Proven experience delivering multi-phase, multi-country, or complex integration programs.
  • Managed program budgets >$5M; multifaceted vendor/SI relationships; contract management, and executive stakeholder engagement.
  • Demonstrated change management, data migration, cutover, and hypercare leadership with measurable stabilization and at scale.
  • Strong governance discipline (RAID, change control, SteerCo reporting).
  • Strong command of project/program methodologies (Agile, Hybrid, Waterfall), and tools (Azure DevOps, MS Project/Planner, Confluence/Jira, Power BI).
  • Executive communication: can influence, resolve conflicts, and drive decisions.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and negotiation skills; able to simplify complexity and drive decisions.

What Makes You Extra Awesome:

  • PMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, or similar certifications.
  • Certified Scrum Master
  • SAFe Certification
  • Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 (F&O or CE) considered an asset.
