What You'll Do
- Own New Product Development projects high-level schedule planning
- Drive New Product Development through stage gate process to align and sign off with stakeholders on scope, schedule, and budget.
- Track dependencies between different functional groups - finance, marketing, PMO, engineering, internal customers, supply-chain.
- Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.
- Own internal customers' project deliveries, schedule, and risks mitigation
- Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.
What You'll Need
- Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum
- Experience in stage gate process for new program development
- 5+ years of experience in engineering role as part of high speed serdes IP development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies
- Schedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project
- Understanding of IP development challenges in advanced process nodes at 5nm and below
- Experience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ and protocol knowledge
- Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges
- PMP certification an asset
