What You'll Do

  • Own New Product Development projects high-level schedule planning
  • Drive New Product Development through stage gate process to align and sign off with stakeholders on scope, schedule, and budget.
  • Track dependencies between different functional groups - finance, marketing, PMO, engineering, internal customers, supply-chain.
  • Track project milestones & risk mitigation to align strategy with management team.
  • Own internal customers' project deliveries, schedule, and risks mitigation
  • Define and drive process frameworks across teams for efficient and consistent execution and quality deliverables.

What You'll Need

  • Electrical engineering undergraduate degree or equivalent a minimum
  • Experience in stage gate process for new program development
  • 5+ years of experience in engineering role as part of high speed serdes IP development for understanding of execution flow and cross team interdependencies
  • Schedule development, tracking and reporting with MS Office Project
  • Understanding of IP development challenges in advanced process nodes at 5nm and below
  • Experience in development of high speed serdes 112G+ and protocol knowledge
  • Understanding of key IP deliverables and customer integration challenges
  • PMP certification an asset
