We’re seeking a Program Manager to lead our Salesforce portfolio, driving cross-functional initiatives that enhance customer experience, data integrity, and business agility. You will own end-to-end delivery—from roadmap and customer alignment to execution and change management—while partnering with Sales, Marketing, Operations, and IT. The ideal candidate brings strong program governance, Salesforce platform expertise, and a track record of delivering measurable outcomes at scale.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Portfolio Oversight: Lead the coordination and delivery of the Canadian Division Salesforce portfolio, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and strategic priorities. Stakeholder Leadership and Collaboration: Establish and nurture strategic partnerships with senior Business and IT leaders to align portfolio priorities with business objectives and drive cross-functional collaboration.Project and Program Management of Strategic Programs: Oversee and manage the delivery of strategic projects and programs, ensuring they meet defined objectives, deliver value, and align with the organization's long-term strategic goals.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion the use of data analytics and insights from Power BI and other tools to drive strategic decisions, optimize portfolio performance, and inform executive leadership.
  • Governance and Policy Development: Lead the development and implementation of governance frameworks, standards, and processes that enhance portfolio management capabilities and ensure compliance with organizational policies.
  • Risk Management and Mitigation: Proactively identify, assess, and influence strategic decisions to mitigate risks across the portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise risk management strategies.
  • Portfolio Initiative Leadership: Direct the intake and evaluation of new portfolio initiatives, driving strategic discussions to align initiatives with organizational impact and resource allocation.
  • Executive Communication and Influence: Craft and deliver high-impact presentations and reports that clearly articulate portfolio performance, strategic insights, and recommendations to senior leadership

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years managing teams at the program level
  • Proven strategic leadership skills with the ability to influence at the executive level and drive organizational change.
  • Advanced proficiency in data analytics, with a strong ability to translate complex data into strategic insights for decision-making.
  • Extensive experience in project and portfolio management, with a deep understanding of methodologies and guidelines.
  • Exceptional interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a track record of effectively engaging and influencing senior customers.
  • Proven experience in guiding and mentoring high-performing teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced project management certifications (e.g., PMP, PMI-ACP) and experience with change management at an organizational level.
  • Experience in leading large-scale transformation initiatives across complex, matrixed organizations.

Salary range is expected to be between

$113,260.00 CAD - $210,340.00 CAD

Employees also have the opportunity to participate in incentive programs and earn incentive compensation tied to business and individual performance. The actual salary will vary depending on local market conditions, geography and relevant job-related factors such as knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience, and education/training.
