We are hiring a full‑time Program Director, Enterprise Solutions to join our team. As a senior leader in this role, you will lead enterprise‑scale technology and systems modernization initiatives across the organization, overseeing multiple concurrent programs that span business and IT functions. You will be responsible for governance, budget oversight, vendor management, and ensuring successful delivery of complex initiatives within a regulated healthcare environment.

The ideal candidate is an experienced, results‑driven program leader with a strong background in large‑scale platform implementations, stakeholder management, and driving business value through technology transformation.

Job Description

  • Lead end‑to‑end delivery of large, enterprise technology programs, including planning, budgeting, governance, risk, and issue management
  • Prioritize and align multiple concurrent workstreams across business and IT teams
  • Provide day‑to‑day leadership to cross‑functional project teams and vendor partners
  • Establish robust reporting, evaluation, and accountability frameworks
  • Proactively manage scope, risks, dependencies, and change impacts
  • Support executive and stakeholder forums, incorporating feedback into delivery plans
  • Champion co‑design approaches involving clients, families, frontline staff, and partners
  • Partner with business leaders to translate strategy into technical requirements
  • Lead vendor selection, contract negotiation, and performance management
  • Drive Agile or hybrid delivery approaches, ensuring compliance, testing, data migration, security, and post‑go‑live support
  • Design and execute enterprise change management, training, and communication strategies

Qualifications

  • 10+ years delivering large‑scale enterprise technology implementations
  • 8+ years leading complex, multi‑stream programs
  • Experience delivering ERP and enterprise data platforms
  • Experience with M&A integration and system harmonization
  • Knowledge of emerging technologies (AI/ML, RPA, low‑code/no‑code)
  • Experience managing major SaaS/enterprise vendors and contracts
  • Certification in Agile/SAFe, PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Healthcare Informatics, or Business
  • Strong leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills
  • Healthcare or regulated‑sector experience strongly preferred
