We are hiring a Program and Events Producer to join our Sales Enablement team supporting Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions sales teams across Canada. In this role, you will independently lead small projects and work streams for advisor-facing webinars, education programs, virtual events, advisor onboarding, and national initiatives. You will translate business requirements into delivery plans, coordinate cross-functional contributors, manage risks and dependencies, and use engagement data and operational insights to improve program execution and stakeholder experience.

You will shape and deliver high-quality advisor experiences at scale while strengthening the processes, insights, and operating practices that enable national sales programs to run effectively. This role offers the opportunity to lead visible work streams, collaborate with senior stakeholders, and influence how Sales Enablement delivers consistent value across Insurance and Guaranteed Wealth Solutions.

What you'll do

  • Lead small projects and work streams for advisor-facing webinars, education sessions, onboarding activities, and national virtual events from intake through post-event evaluation.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, roles, dependencies, decision points, risks, and status reporting; adjust execution plans when priorities or requirements change.
  • Coordinate cross-functional contributors and stakeholders across Sales Enablement, Insurance, Guaranteed Wealth Solutions, Marketing, Compliance, Technology, vendors, speakers, and national sales leadership, as applicable to each initiative.
  • Own event and program operations, including intake, scheduling, registration, audience targeting, speaker readiness, approvals, communications, technical production, day-of delivery, video editing, follow-up, and reporting.
  • Investigate delivery issues and ambiguous requirements by gathering and analyzing information, evaluating options against policies, guidelines, precedents, audience needs, and operational risk, and recommending a practical course of action.
  • Act as a point of escalation and provide process and subject matter guidance to colleagues and stakeholders on event production, registration, communications, and program execution.
  • Lead the implementation of process improvements, templates, operating standards, documentation, and reusable solutions that strengthen consistency, quality, efficiency, and work continuity across the team.
  • Set up and manage registration, communications, and virtual event delivery using CVENT, Microsoft Teams Webinar and Broadcast features, live AI translation support where required, Zoom, and Adobe Premiere for video editing.
  • Support email development, deployment, follow-up, and audience targeting using Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, and Stensul, as applicable.
  • Maintain proficiency in Insurance and GWS reporting and operational workflows, provide national coverage, and coordinate continuity plans when delivery gaps or competing priorities arise.
  • Create and maintain Excel and Power BI reporting to evaluate event performance, participation, engagement, operational results, and sales-related trends; convert findings into clear business insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Present project status, risks, recommendations, results, and lessons learned to project sponsors, national leaders, and cross-functional partners in a concise and actionable manner.
  • Provide program support and event consistency to regions and national sales leaders, ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, sound judgment, and timely execution.

What you bring

  • 4+ years of progressive experience in project coordination, event production, program operations, or a related discipline, including experience leading small projects or work streams.
  • Practical knowledge of project planning, dependency management, risk and issue management, stakeholder coordination, process improvement, and post-program evaluation.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently across less structured assignments, analyze information from multiple sources, and recommend solutions within established policies and guidelines.
  • Advanced organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to lead multiple concurrent deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
  • Advanced Excel skills for reporting, tracking, trend analysis, and translating data into business information; working knowledge of Power BI is preferred.
  • Proficiency with CVENT, Zoom, Microsoft Teams Webinar or Broadcast, Salesforce, Marketing Cloud, Stensul, and video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere.
  • Advanced written and verbal communication skills, sound judgment, diplomacy, and the ability to guide and influence stakeholders without formal authority.
  • Experience improving processes, establishing repeatable practices, and providing guidance to colleagues or stakeholders.
  • Bilingualism is preferred, including English and French or Mandarin.

If the successful candidate is in Québec, proficiency in both languages will be required to support clients from various provinces outside of Quebec.

When you join our team:

  • We’ll empower you to learn and grow the career you want.
  • We’ll recognize and support you in a flexible environment where well-being and inclusion are more than just words.
  • As part of our global team, we’ll support you in shaping the future you want to see
