Job Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Production Supervisor, the Production Associate is responsible for, but not limited to, performing all required assembly operations in the line rotation at line speed while producing good quality parts to meet/exceed all Qualtech Seating Systems' and Customer requirements.
Pay Rate: $19.83 per hour
Your Responsibilities• Performs all duties assigned relative to the assembly of seats and seat components within the cycle time allotted to each task.• Performs inspection and rework as required ensuring that all production meets Customer standards.• Responsible for maintaining safe working conditions and following all safety rules at Qualtech Seating Systems.• Follows all Plant Standards, Company policies and procedures.• Responsible for recognizing and rectifying unsafe working conditions and maintains excellent housekeeping (5S) at Qualtech Seating Systems.
Your preferred qualifications• Minimum completion of Grade 12.• Previous experience working in a manufacturing facility an asset.• Must be 18 years of age.
