  • Support sales discovery, proof of concept builds, and technical consultations to align CAST capabilities with customer goals.

  • Tailor demonstrations to each project, reflecting an understanding of customer-specific needs and objectives.

  • Proactively identify upsell and expansion opportunities during customer engagements, recommending products and add-ons aligned to customer needs.

  • Configure, optimize, and guide customers through CAST product workflows using advanced functional and technical expertise.

  • Stay current with evolving entertainment technology trends to maintain relevant, up-to-date product knowledge.

  • Recreate customer scenarios both onsite and remotely, diagnosing root causes and helping refine workflows through structured problem solving.

  • Troubleshoot complex, real-world challenges while maintaining a customer-focused mindset.

  • Simplify complex workflows to ensure customers and internal teams gain clear, actionable understanding.

  • Create training content, workflow guides, tutorials, demo scripts, and knowledge articles that expand product adoption and strengthen customer confidence.

  • Manage last-minute changes, live show constraints, and technical uncertainties with composure and professionalism.

  • Adapt to shifting schedules, significant travel demands, and evolving project needs; participates in a rotational 24/7 technical support on-call schedule.

  • Represent CAST at productions, tradeshows, roadshows, partner events, and customer installations.

  • Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure customer feedback and deployment learnings are integrated into product improvements.
