Job Description:

Likewize is searching for a Manager, Product Services to join our team at our Canada office in Toronto, ON.
 

In this role, you will be hands-on in configuring and testing complex business rules to ensure our programs deliver a great consumer experience while meeting global regulatory guidelines. You will establish and enforce procedures to document these tests and reviews at appropriate points, including agile releases and client program launches. In addition, you will use your technical sleuthing skills to triage and resolve production issues as they arise.
 

Your day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Implement and support complex system configuration changes and new configuration requirements into the Global Platform.

  • Manage web services implementations, enhancements, and customer support effectively for top global corporate clients.

  • Support project implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure the project pipeline does not stall and that solutions meet short/long-term goals.

  • Create, support, and document client validation test cases and implementation plans.

  • Ensure compliance with all agreed-upon SLAs.

  • Proactively communicate and collaborate with impacted stakeholders, both external and internal, to analyze information needs and functional requirements and deliver artifacts as needed, such as compliance records and business requirements documents.

  • Perform user acceptance testing for new features.

If you are who we are looking for, you will have the following education, skills, and/or experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a similar field, or equivalent years of experience.

  • 4+ years of related business experience in an agile environment.

  • Working knowledge of SQL, APIs, and other integrations. Postman experience is a plus.

  • Technical background with knowledge of software development and web technologies.

  • Proactive, self-starter with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. High degree of organization, individual initiative, and personal accountability.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage, influence, and inspire partners and stakeholders to drive collaboration and alignment.

  • Experience with Excel, Visio, and PowerBI or other reporting software.
