What you’ll do
As we continue to drive growth on our owned brands and improvement on product quality, we have the need to expand our Product Quality team. You will have a vital role in the organization as you will champion consumer product quality expectations that meet or exceed our target market by analyzing product quality metrics, identify opportunities and trends and make recommendations and develop workplans that will drive focused results and improve customer product experience and satisfaction. You will:
Analyze customer return, defect rate and online rating metrics along with assortment performance and vendors to develop areas of focus for the Product Engineering, Product Development and Merchandising teams
Analyze testing and inspection activities and spend across the product assortment (Auto) and product risk profile and develop quality management plans that optimize the budget allocation for your division and identify opportunities to improve the productivity of these activities.
Assess the safety, vendor and product risk of line review decisions and new product introductions and develop a testing plan to mitigate these risks
Review testing and inspection reports and recommend next steps based on the findings. Create issue logs and monitor the implementation of corrective actions by the vendors
Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to key stakeholders across and to different levels of the organization
Drive the After-Sales Service performance by ensuring our service providers have the necessary information and resources to satisfy our customers, including reviewing parts availability and ordering replacements when necessary and gathering and updating technical information like manuals and product specifications
What you bring
3+ years of experience in business analysis, product development or engineering discipline
University degree in related discipline
Advanced proficiency in MS-Excel, MS- Access and Power BI
Product knowledge ( Automotive ) relevant to experience.
Technical acumen demonstrated within a manufacturing, quality or consumer products environment
Product design or development background.

Our typical hiring range is between $53,000.00 and $88,000.00 per annum. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
