What is the Opportunity? 

As a Product & Pricing Consultant, you will partner with customers to successfully implement Zafin's SaaS solutions by translating business requirements into scalable functional solutions. Acting as a trusted functional advisor, you will work closely with customers, Product Management, Engineering, and implementation teams to deliver successful business outcomes while promoting industry best practices 

What will you do? 

  • Lead business discovery sessions and requirements workshops with customer stakeholders. 
  • Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements. 
  • Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend scalable solution approaches aligned with Zafin capabilities. 
  • Prepare key implementation deliverables including business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test documentation. 
  • Configure and validate Zafin solutions based on approved functional designs. 
  • Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and cross-functional teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. 
  • Support Agile delivery through backlog refinement, sprint planning, and functional clarifications. 
  • Plan and support functional, integration, and user acceptance testing. 
  • Conduct solution demonstrations, customer training, and knowledge transfer sessions. 
  • Build strong customer relationships, proactively manage functional risks, and mentor junior consultants 

What do I need to succeed? 

Must have: 

  • 5+ years of experience in Functional Consulting, Business Analysis, or Solution Consulting within Banking or Financial Services. 
  • Bachelor’s degree (relevant experience can alternatively be considered) in Computer Science, Finance, or related fields.  
  • Strong understanding of banking products and pricing, including deposits, lending, cards, fees, rates, offers, or relationship pricing. 
  • Experience leading customer workshops, requirements gathering, and fit-gap analysis. 
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to design practical, scalable business solutions. 
  • Experience preparing implementation deliverables such as functional specifications, user stories, process flows, and test scenarios. 
  • Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a fast-paced consulting environment, with strong ownership and accountability. 
  • Customer-focused with a consultative mindset and excellent collaboration and influencing skills. 
  • Ability to simplify complex business challenges into effective solutions, with a passion for continuous learning, mentoring, and customer success. 

Nice to have: 

  • Experience implementing SaaS enterprise applications. 
  • Knowledge of cloud concepts and Agile methodologies. 
  • Experience with REST APIs, enterprise integrations, and data mapping. 
  • Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, or similar collaboration tools. 

 Additional Job Details 

  • Expected Salary Range: $90-160k; we hire into multiple career levels for this role based on a candidate's experience, skills and demonstrated capabilities.
