About The Role

Hi, I'm Laura, the leader of Jane’s Product Partnerships team. I’ve been at Jane for about two and a half years, and I get to work alongside a talented multi-team group of folks bringing Jane’s partner ecosystem to life.

On a more personal note, I live in Park City, Utah where I ski mountaineer, mountain bike, and trail run with my German Shepherd when I’m not at my laptop.

This role is a Product Partnerships Manager on our Partnerships team. Jane's partner ecosystem connects thousands of clinics with the tools and services that help them run better businesses - and the work of building and scaling that ecosystem falls to this team. We evaluate new partners, bring them to market, and make sure clinics know when something genuinely useful has arrived. It's meaningful work that sits close to both our product and the practitioners who depend on it every day. You can read more about our API ecosystem here and see our developer documentation here!

This role is exciting because it lives at the intersection of commercial strategy, operational complexity, and technical scoping. You'll help shape how we evaluate and onboard partners, how we get integrations across the finish line, and how we bring order to a fast-moving, high-stakes part of the business. We’re somewhat like a fast-moving startup inside of Jane, working to bring this new partnership program to life.

What Impact We're Looking for You to Make
  • Build and own the operational systems that keep Jane's partner ecosystem moving - from intake and evaluation through to launch - so that nothing stalls and nothing gets lost between teams.

  • Drive partnership launches across the finish line by owning the GTM coordination layer, keeping cross-functional teams aligned, and making sure the handoff from launch to steady-state is consistent every time.

  • Help partners scope and implement technical integrations with Jane's platform - translating between their technical teams and ours, reviewing implementation plans, and making sure the foundation is solid before go-live.

  • Make our partner pipeline visible and actionable by working across our systems and CRM to track what's moving, flag what's stalled, and surface the right information to the right people.

  • Connect the right clinics with the right partners by building audience segments and working with Marketing to identify the best moments for partner communications and co-marketing.

  • Turn research on partner categories into clear, usable analysis that helps the team make better decisions about who we work with and why.

What Experience We Need
  • Partnerships experience, with strong commercial acumen in the space - this may have been built through business development, sales, marketing, or other related experiences

  • A background in cross-functional project management - you know what good stakeholder communication looks like and how to keep timelines honest without micromanaging

  • Comfort working across operational systems and tooling - CRM, partner portals, internal platforms - and the ability to figure out new tools quickly without a lot of hand-holding

  • Strong research and synthesis skills - you can take a pile of information about a product category and turn it into something clear and useful

  • A genuine curiosity about the practitioners Jane serves - understanding their world makes this work meaningfully better

  • Bonus: comfort with API documentation, integration scoping conversations, and translating between business intent and technical constraints - you don't need to be an engineer, but thinking alongside one comes naturally to you

If you don’t meet every single qualification but are excited about this role, we’d still love to hear from you.
